Took a punt on buying a leather gear knob gaiter (yellow stitching) and matching handbrake gaiter from 'top gaiters' on e-bay ..about £30 for the two. Arrived next day, easy to fit, and matches the seats. Managed to spray the handbrake cover inset (which was was an orange renaultsport script...

Tried them out properly on the badgers this morning. Slightly yellow at low beam, blueish tinge. But full beam, wow, very white/ blue and they throw a long way down the road. Actually they were pretty close in performance to the HIDS on my missus' Car.

Hi, I fitted a new gaiter to the gear knob today and saw that there's a spare brown electrical connector hidden underneath but it's not attached to anything. Any ideas as to it's intended purpose? Thanks. (It's a 2013 facelift model).
