I've have just had to fork out close to 1k over the last month to fix my 133.

First off the bushes on the front suspension arms where ruined and since the universal bush doesn't fit I had to buy two front suspension arms!! Also 4 new tyres. An alternator belt. There is a high pitch squek coming from my rear alloy wheel area too so that's gona cost me some more. And the garage have informed me that there is a small crack in my exhaust... Just great lucky I have a credit card :(

Worked out £545 for mine off the top of my head under warranty.

We really need to find out about replacement bushes without replacing the arms!

Yes but ideally the consumable item should be replaceable. I'm sure there's a solution somewhere

The depreciation hit on my car will be far more than the cost to replace the arms so selling it to avoid that isn't really an option.

Surely somewhere something exists?

There's more likely to be a press in bush for the Clio arms - but would the Clio ones be the same?

Do you have a picture of the arms?

I paid £600 for two steering arms, 1 tyre (falken), 2 wiper blades and one MOT. Plus labour of course. Cant remember how much exactly I paid for the steering arms themselves. Roughly £130 each I think... not sure.

I know its no consolation, but wiper blades and tyres aren't realy repair costs as they are realy consumables. Likewise, the MOT is just one of those annual expences for 3+ year olds.

Still annoying when lots of things crop up all at once :(

Yeh I suppose. Probably doesn't help that I have now bought a ktec exhaust and BMC air
