Was up doing another Thrash day at Crail Raceway yesterday, thought I'd share what sort of times I ran. Car had just been serviced the day before, I had tyres with about 7mm tread on the front plus I removed the back seats + spare wheel for it, and this is what I got
16.02 @ 89.5mph wasn't bad at all! I was against a 1.8 Astra at the time and the guy was a bit cocky so I think I was pretty keen to beat him lol. There was a black 133 there aswell which I had a few runs against too and apart from buggering up a start on one and a gearchange on the other, the difference in times when I did beat him really did show the difference taking out the spare + rear seats makes, as I ran a 16.7 and he did a 17.5 that run.
(Also I dunno why it says my name is Dave, guy obviously couldn't read my handwriting...)
