Hi everyone! I have just purchased a twingo 133, 58 plate with only 21k on the clock! Really happy with the purchase it's a FF with cup chassis and has a sound pack but not Bluetooth sound pack. Was hoping someone could tell me what I need to upgrade to Bluetooth (OEM) as Bluetooth is an essential for me and would like to keep it looking original, thanks in advance for any help given!

Bluetooth headunit and surround the surround Is extremely difficult to remove, I imagine it needs to be connected to the unit below the warning lights too ( if you have one ) then maybe a trick with the ecu to activate it

Sounds like a bit of work is involved and after reading a bit further it sounds like I may need an updated wiring loom so think the solution is the pioneer Bluetooth HU I have in the garage somewhere, thanks for the reply universe, you may have saved me hours of work and a fair sum of money

Or you can buy my parrot asteroid system classic system

It's quite a difference having the OEM updgraded stereo as the screen is up by the speedo so you'd need all that gubbins as well.

Easiest job is a Bluetooth DIN sized unit, like the one you mentioned in your second post.

So I ended up In Halfords looking for a good but simple bluetooth headunit... Got carried away and ended up buying a pioneer x8500dab, wasn't cheap but is all fitted, sounds great and has some good features that aren't available with OEM. Bit of a pain in the arse fitting DAB antenna but I like the extra stations and the crisp sound, plus it allows you to match the colour to the rest of the Orange dials (I can be sad like that) all in all very please and would recommend it to anyone.
