133 rear ended

As the title says I was in a car accident last night 3 car pile up unfortunately I was the last 1 hit so no insurance claim from my end so NCB is fine but the 133 looks light damage as the boot kit is dented pretty bad and the bumper is came away from the body a little and my boot takes a lot of force to shut! But her insurance has acted quickly my car is away to be repaired I have got a very week speked yaris with rear camera! Withch is fun the down side is i have bad whiplash and my girlfriend has got a sore back to aviva who is dealing with the claim has referred us to physio theropast whom had delt with us over the phone so will find out the extent of damage tomorrow and see where I stand but We where able to walk away and drive away relitivley unharmed my girlfriends little sister who has autism was in the car with us to got a really bad fright witch is Understandible but is fine and as far as I know was bragging about it in school today lol just thought I'd let my fellow 133ers know what's happening

Cheers guys I appreciate it it happend just under Charon x flyover on the m8 the thing is the 133 has a few dents but for all I know I could be written off but the damage doesent look bad just superficial! We're fine just sore to move etc but the main thing is everyone is fine the car is only metal and can be replaced people can't! Cheers again fr ur concern guys x

Ours were Jealous Fords

My damage was - Rear Bumper split honeycomb re-enforcement (Replaced Bumper), Boot Hatch Dented (Replaced), Boot Floor Crumpled Slightly on Exhaust Side (Jigged), Rear Panel Bent (Jigged), Slam Panel Bent (Replaced).

My Boot wouldn't shut either, a big hammer was used as a temporary fix until the full work was done.

Cheers guys its Aviva that's dealing with it all there doing all they can so no complaints there just feeling really stiff and its frustraiting cause if you move to quickly it hurts like hell. The compensation has all ready been paid after a day and a half will take 5 days to clear but its been 1 of the easiest experiences but painful of my life and the courtesy car is a wee cracker to absolutley love the reverse camera lol. As I said I'm happy that no one was seriously hurt but as I think about it getting rear ended on the motor way with the traffic still moving after the traffic jam is 1 of the scaries things ever not knowing if ur gonna get hit again and the traffic police didn't even speak to me apart from telling me to move my car I was under the impression that I would be breathilised as standard procedure but I didn't!

Haha i know mate the focus bumper was ruined and with the bold twingo a few dents lol for what i seen how much was ur repair in total? It doesent look bad a few dents and the bumper has came away slightly but it's underneath is where I can't see should be hearing from the body shop today with the report on what's to be done

I couldn't give you an exact price, didn't really ask but it was roughly £2500 ish in parts apparently..

Well got a call on the extent of the damage needs new bumper and new boot lid new panel behind the bumper and it also need to be fixed at the spare wheel holder as its bent in there to so a good bit if work considering it didn't seem that bad to look at but looks can be deceiving but at least it's getting sorters and still got to do a though her check of the exhaust etc to make sure nothing is missed will keep yous updated!
