I think you can use the standard one but also the 182/172 rail. Get a second hand set on cliosport you can usually get the rail + injectors for about 40 quid

the 182 rail does not fit the TCE engine. the injectors fit into the TCE rail however, i know this because i've physically lined them up and had to revert back to the standard rail

cheers for the replys so its just the injectors i need but i might aswell get them with a rail as it works out cheaper for some reason dose it matter if there from a ph1 or ph2 clio as im just making a list for when iv saved up to get this all done at the same time and dose anyone know what size the hose has to be for a fmic

Hose sizes are weird on the FMIC, I kept the original top hose on mine as I could heat it and stretch it over the Alu pipes. On the bottom I needed a Silicone reducer to clamp over the original crappy plastic pipe. I think the size was 70>50mm or 70>57mm but I can't remember exactly...

ph1 / ph2 it doesn't matter i believe, they are the same webber injectors. you could contact webber direct and ask for uprated injectors of the same fitment sizes to bring it up to 500cc injectors which i don't think is something i've seen yet on here but i'll touch wood on that one so i will

WEBER IWP069... 480CC is what you are looking for, with a small set of adaptions to hoses they will fit your twingo GT sam over the 250cc 182 injectors

480cc. What horse power are these going to be safe to? about 220hp or only having them half open. Whats the point in having a 50% duty cycle as accurately regulating the flow becomes more difficult.

Unless the fuel pressure is reduced or, the impedance is not compatable, by definition, the injectors from the RS172/182 can support enough flow for a Twingo. And, the injectors are already proven to fit into the fuel rail and work when tuned

hi guys sorry to interupt, new here, would just like some advice, got a clio tce, ordered my 182 injectors and should be here tomorrow, does anyone know roughly how muchore bhp you get from adding these in? and do i have to get it mapped again once there installed? also anyone recommend a fmic? been looking on ebay but unsure which ones will fitC, cheers

You don't get BHP just by changing injectors, what you get is a more stable flow on remap as the OEM ones are on max duty/cycle around 125bhp or so.

And you can't just change injectors without a remap if you value your car lol.

They need to be installed at the mappers premesis then mapped straight away.

ahh, so would you not recommend fitting them then driving 15 miles to get it mapped? :s also do you get much out of fitting a bigger intercooler? what intercooler do you lot tend to use? thanks for the quick response btw :)

Definitely wouldn't recommend fitting and driving 15 miles, it takes 5-10 minutes and most places will do that free before a remap.

Bigger inter cooler I'm not sure as I didn't run one on my old GT yet it still made 130bhp, but JE_GT has one fitted so may be able to comment more.
