Had work this morning but got to take a nice long ride home on my bike. Was awesome to have such nice weather except the sweaty nut sack when I got home.

Been at Lydden Hill all day with minimal shade. Just had a cold shower and off to a BBQ where its gonna be hot again ahh I hate the hot weather.
