3rd service due

Does anyone know what the 3rd service covers ? Just quite suprised how much it costs :shock:

What were you quoted?

The plugs are reasonably expensive items, oil and filters are cheap enough. Iirc we paid less than £200 for carries 3rd year service. But I was very specific and it wasn't a Renault garage that did it in the end, as they seem to want to help and do what you want than Renault coop in Lincoln

3rd year service at Evans Halshaw according to the site is 314 quid (Plus 20 quid for collect (!) ) Just done a quick search and I figure the parts come to 100ish, I'd do it myself but cars under warranty.

I got the 3yr/36K service for nearly £100 less than that at Renault. Sounds like an Evans Halshaw rip off price....

I know it's not the cheapest but for two services and two mot's I paid around £350 when I bought the car. After the service and mot next month it will be going to either sc autoelectrics or birchdown services. Take it to a specialist but make sure you tell them you want genuine renault service parts using and your warranty won't be invalidated (unless the manufacturer's warranty is up and you bought an extended warranty from a dealer, in that case you have to check with them first).
