Well I have to take the memory card out and put it in a reader to use rather than plug it in. I assumed it was a software issue. It looks identical

nope there aint no softwere for it mate thats exactly what i do or get a lead plug it into the flap underneith and do it that way but the memory card in a reader is the quickest way

you dont need software just take the sd card out, and pop it into a card reader
