Alloy Gator

After kerbing the same alloy twice in two weeks (with a refurb in between) I'm thinking about buying some rim protectors. I know about rimblades, but has anyone tried alloygators on the conti 17"s? They come in orange and look tempting but not sure about the fit with conti tyres

Cheers for that mate, I think it's safe to say I'd rather go for the refurb...

I quite fancied the Alloygators for the Mrs car or for my Clio but reading that has put me right off.

I do wonder if part of the problem is the stretch these cars have as standard.
