All purpose cleaner and a cloth and some elbow grease. Metal polish if you're after a little more shine and bite but I would degrease after that again with some apc just in case. All it needs. Mine get a wipe down each time I wash her and look like new
 
R give it a try in the mornin. Shall I risk usin 1 of them non scratch dish washer sponges
 
If you feel it needs the extra bite then of course. They're only pedals after all and no worse than grit on the bottom of your shoes
 
:lol: just some all purpose cleaner mixed with water and a cloth should do it tbh unless you want some shine, although I'm not sure I'll advise the shine due to slippery pedals :lol:
