Why do banks leave there doors wide open, yet chain the pens to the desk?

thats not really advice .... they are more just questions

...because open doors appears more friendly/welcoming...a closed door isnt very inviting is it? and chain pens.... saves some money...makes perfect sense.. + the UK is full of thieving C**TS who steal anything thats not chained down

because you plug things into it.. but the electricity flows OUT of it into your electrical appliance.. making it an OUTLET!
