apex get a bad name by some people, they can be crashy but thats because generally they are lower than most other manufacturers out there so its always going to be a trade off, however they are very well made ive got an apex -60mm kit in my garage thats been on various clios over 7yrs and probably over 100,000 miles and its still perfect.

Guys, I know next to nothing about cars, ill be honest. So I need your experience, help and talking slowly to help.

If I wanted to change out my standard suspension for lower springs, but not feel every bump in the road, what would be the steps to doing so?

I used this thread because I keep hearing good things about Apex. If I ordered a set do I just take to garage and ask to fit?
What is typical cost to fit?

I appreciate help and advice.

Have your (or some similar springs) rewound to be 20-25mm lower ;)
That would keep the same spring rate whereas the Apex and H&R lowering springs would be stiffer
