i see that there are quite a few boys and girls on here who are keen to do their own mechanical work within reason. obviously this requires a fair amount of tools doesn't it??? with tools, you will be looking for good quality and long lasting storage. i realise that nobody has got the cash to blow on up to 10 grand on a tool cabinet alone with no tools, even for me that kind of money is ridiculous.
in europe, a lot of snap on's tools are made by bahco and their torque wrenches are made by bahco in the usa and branded with snap on instead of bahco. for those of you who don't know, snap on is a marketing company that buys up the best tool companies and gets them to produce snap on branded tools. from day one i've used bahco tools. basically these are the same cabinets as blue point cabinets except not as expensive. . . and orange, with a fish on them. it's fine because i'm piscean lol
so if you go for the 7 drawer cabinet at £349 or there abouts, lifetime warranty outside of wear and tear! value for money is an understatement. i used the 7 drawer + 4 drawer top as my first tool box, and i still have it in my home garage. nothing has went wrong yet. not a sales pitch, i just understand how hard these are to find at wholesale and i wanted to share it with you all!
