Got bored with how the twingo looks - so i got some vinyl and wrapped the wingmirrors white.

Next (tomorrow) will be the silver fog light surrounds going white, the renault badge going black, and the rear number plate going black.... and also something with the wheels, maybe painted white.

opinions welcome :)

Looks good mate. I'm interested to see how the black diamonds will look with the other parts white. Not sure whether black wheels might work?

Not sure about it but it needs the fogs done to be able to make a proper decision on it :)

Would a white wrapped roof be OTT?

I'm up for anything - got some black spray paint so possibly spray the hubcaps black :D or just remove them to see if it looks nice.

Possibly a white reanult diamond?

I'm not too sure on the white mirrors at the moment, but i had a spare day and got bored, found some old vinyl and thought it could look too bad :D

friedchicken, did you use to own a blue extreme? with white details?

ps..... yes dubz, I wont wrap the roof (mainly cos I dont have enough vinyl or patience to do it)

I had a blue extreme with white stripes and white aftermarket rims. No mirrors etc

ooo got a picture? I'm looking at stripes that i've found on ebay (they look like the chequered renault ones)

I have also removed the rear twingo badge... only to find that there is a tiny dent in the boot - dam!

Oo!! I like the white wheels, I think the blue and white really work!

Ha! Might need to invest in some stripes if they give it a boost!

Just wrapped my fog lights - going to leave the badge chrome as neither white nor black looked right. The rear diffuser didn't work, think I need to buy better wrap for that.

Now to do something to the wheels :) pics to follow at some point

I'd advise not to go for white wheels and if you do get as few spikes as possible. Mine where an absolute pain in the rear to clean. Get some pics up of the gigs done. The stripes would look good with the other bits white now.

Anything other than standard Renault diamonds looks sh!t.

Pleased to see you're sticking with standard.

Just finished the wrapping that I planned to do today - quite pleased with the results and I think it has brightened up the front of the car.

The white stripes may be an addition soon, but the renault badge is staying chrome as it matches the headlights.

Still not sure what to do with the wheels - I hate cleaning wheels so its a good point about the less spokes the better.

opinions on the wheels? or suggestions :)

Like the white touches!

I have white wheels on my car and tbh they are really hard to keep clean but they finish the blue and white theme off really well when they are clean :D

I've seen your wheels they look good ! - I wonder if perhaps a set of white minilite style wheels might look nice on my one ? :)

4x100 VW wheels won't fit unless they use a removable spigot ring to cover a greater range of fitments and you get replacements. The Twingo centerbore is 60.1mm and VW is smaller, so they wouldn't go on the hub if they didn't use a removable center ring
