Black RS twingo cup - Mr slippyfist?

I've been spotting a black RS twingo around my local area nearly everyday for the past 4 days.

Seen it on London Rd in Kettering, Burton Rd Finedon and a few other roads around the kettering area. I'm guessing it's Mr Slippyfist?
