Hey Guys, I've fitted a towbar to my 133 and in the process of wiring it I have found a 4 pin male plug with a female attached to it that is designed to have wires clipped into it behind the boot carpet above the shock mount on the left side. It is clear that this plug is in place for a reason besides an optional extra that was not fitted as the plug is not one I've found elsewhere on the car its clearly designed to have wires added post factory. I've tested it with a multimeter and despite the wires being the same colour as other rear light wires (one green one brown and two light grey ish blue) I saw no voltage change in any wire with the rear lights turning on. Anyone have any idea what it's for? If it's for the rear lights I'd like to use it but if not I'm still interested to know what it's for.
