Brake problem poss warped discs??

When I'm braking my steering wheel shudderes slightly from side to side but when not braking all is well so I suspect my discs have had it. Can I put on new discs and keep old pads as they have loads of life in them or is it new discs and pads? Also should I just do f+r to keep everything balanced out.

Gone for a mintex set up at the front, worked nice on the skyline so should do well on the twingo
