Cant agree more except i play the Xbox i find if you hunt around on pre order you can get them for half the price ;)

I got the current Call of duty on release day online for £26

I've got the last two COD's (MW2 & BO) on launch day for £20-25 in stores. Will probably do that again. I'm not sure about mw3 though, the developer's not really the same anymore. After mw2 most of the senior & lead techs/designers left infinity ward due to not being paid their bonuses from the game's success. (amongst lots of legal battles)

If you waited a day after release last time for MW2, it went down to £24 on Amazon as part of their price match thing. Same will probably happen again.

Supermarkets usually have an offer on day of release. Got mine from sainsburys

Indeed, that's why Amazon etc always price match. Useful for those who aren't concerned with getting it release day or can't be bothered to visit Asda etc.

Don't forget they alternate. Infinity Ward do one then Treyarch do another and so on. That's why ever other game has been awesome while the other has sucked.

MW :D World at war  MW2 :D Black Ops  So... MW3 should be :D

Basically Infinity Ward are awesome and Treyarch just aren't.

That is how it has been, though my point was it's Infinity ward who made MW & MW2. And what with it no longer really being infinity ward (a large majority of the lead designers & techs left after MW2 - thus having no involvement with MW3), so the MW3 might not be up to scratch

Saw this on the game website today :) Looks good and its set in modern London, never been a war game set here i dont think, also Infinity ward do tend to make the best ones, black ops was not the best!
