Center caps

Can someone tell me how to get the Center caps off do I need to take the wheels off and push them out or is there away without doin that??

you could always hammer a screwdriver through it and lever it out. Problem there is, the price of replacements are expensive for the size of them

I wanna take them off to paint the diamonds
