Just been having a look around on the interwebs and found a pretty cool way of getting rid of large uncreased dents.
most of the videos I watched looked like you could have poked it out from behind anyway... but this method seems to be good for those awkward dents behind double layers etc.

Heat it up with a hairdryer (or similar) then squirt with a can of compressed air (like the stuff for cleaning keyboards)

the bloke in the video does seem to think its "amaaaaaaazingg" :D

ps - i accept no responsibility for any of you who go and freeze the paint off your car... although humorous pictoral responses are appreciated :p
 
When someone drove into my old KA I took the interior panel off and set too it with a mallet and block of wood.

Worked alright just left the crease there
