Just inquired about a cheeky trade in + cash for a clio 200. I've been resisting but I think it's time.
They phoned me not long ago and asked what do I want for the deal to work, I said trade in plus £3000 cash. They're ringing me back later on. Tried my look with £3000 but I think it might be a bit more.

second hand. Well the first dealer has just got back hold of me, shocking trade in value. A second dealer has given my a much a better offer :s

Well I'm waiting for the second dealer to callback. Its a 2009 model, 59 plate, in white. Its got aircon etc so it's not the cup model as far as I can tell. 14,700 miles. Standard seats which I can live with. Doesn't mention the size of the alloys but they look like 17", in white also. Advertised as £10,195. I know £3000 isn't enough so I'll see what they come back with. In no rush to get rid but if the price is right...

Well I'm going for a test drive next Wednesday but gong to try to get there tomorrow

My 200 cup had AC. If it's Climate Control, then it's not a cup.

If it's got Climate Control and Red calipers then it's a ff with cup pack haha (iirc. And if they haven't been re sprayed)

I saw a clio 200 I liked and I rang up and the trade in price they gave me for my gordini was ridiculous, told them to stick it! ;)

When I was pricing a GT86 up Toyota offered me £1,500 more than Renault. You would imagine a Renault dealership would be able to offer more than a company that's likely to stick it on a transporter and pop it off to auction

It has climate control and red calipers! Likely to be ff with cup pack then

the first dealer was a renault dealer and they are the ones that offered a terrible trade in value.

Just been speaking to one dealer and he was telling me the name of the system that they use to check the value of cars what they should be buying at, and for my car it was just over £5000 :/ 2009, 24000miles. Wounded.

I got offered £6,700 on mine it's a 10 plate with 15,500 on the clock

That's more than Renault offered for mine at 13 months at 14K...! And it was spotless after a detail that very day! That's when Toyota offered me more, 3 days later when the car was slightly mucky

Renault near me r pretty good. I got £6,400 for my gt when I traded it in in 2011 and they sold it for £6,595
