Clio R.S. Red Bull Racing RB7 badge is the first limited edition in a series which go on to include Twingo R.S. and Mégane R.S.

its two-litre 203-horsepower engine has been carefully tuned to deliver more than 100hp per litre! These sporty credentials are echoed by the Renault Sport chequered-pattern roof decal which combines with the Red Bull Racing badging on the doors.

A powerful design and cutting-edge technologies:
Its 18-inch black Interlagos wheels are equipped with Bridgestone RE050A tyres, Its Profond Black body colour provides a striking contrast with its Sirius Yellow F1-style blade, door mirror housings and diffuser.

Here's hoping (at a very very long stretch/realising its not gonna happen) that Renault make 100bhp/litre from the twingo lol

I saw this earlier and I'm still not convinced i like it

Am surprised it's not the typical red bull blue/yellow colour scheme

First, how can they **** up the lighting so bad for press pictures? You see none of the nice volumes on the car, it only highlights the problems (like the ugly non-continuity between bumper and front fender for ex...).

Then, matt black, yeah cool guys, was a paint scheme you should have used 2-3 years ago, it´s not trendy anymore...

Yellow inserts (why the **** did they paint the diffuser yellow, it just looks stupid and ugly, and is going to be dirty in 10 miles and a pain in the arse to clean!), and red brake calipers! Come on ...

Then, for a car celebrating the winning F1 team, having 18inch heavy rims on it is just plain idioty for me, nice lightweight 17" would be a better fit, and just perfect on trackdays.

Agreed with everything above and renault need to sort their act out with these 'special editions' they should be just that. Take the gordini for example basically it got sprayee blue and someone put some stripes everywhere even the megane trophy big deal lets give it a few extra bhp and some new tyres. not being funny a siperchips remap gives more power and some r888s could be bought for a lot cheaper.

Sort it out renault you will find yourselves without sales if you make amazing cars and then just sit there playing eith them while the competition gets ahead
.

I'm intregued to see the 133 but agree that renault need to pull their finger out and get back into the Hardcore track tools with cars like these.

R133.R is FAR overdue as is the R200.R and new shape Meg R.R.

I can't say I mind the look of this 'special edition' but I don't know what Renaults insistence is on highlighting that bloody ugly moustache the 200 has.

That wonky diffuser is acceptable when it ties in with the car but such as on the Gordini Clio and now this, it stands out for all the wrong reasons when it's a different colour.

As said, it's a shame RenaultSport insist on making these special editions of cars that aren't very special when they so slightly tweaked compared to the normal ones. The Gordini range was cool, nice to have a hommage to an old brand but then they overdid it with the Gordini Wind and then Twingo TCE!

I think Renault just like to keep their cars fresh in people's minds so they chuck out new models. Either that or they like to release them purely to compete with new models from other manufacturers.

Don't tell me the R26.R Megane wasn't purely a reaction to Ford's Focus RS and for less money and power they managed to create a competitor in terms of performance.

I doubt we'll see another .R version of a RenaultSport until another manufacturer builds a more extreme version of one of their hot hatches. If Ford do another Focus RS with the new shape Focus, RenaultSport will tweak whichever model of Megane is out until it's a direct rival.

Was having a go in one last week. It's not matte black, it's metallic black. And it's configured like I would buy it. CUP pack, comfort pack, recaros, rs-monitor. the 18" are a big drawback though...

Just need a cup spoiler IMO. It's not like it's not already OTT ;)

I like it. Nice to see renault hasn't forgotten how to add extra orange peel to their finish! Colour is much nicer in them pics than the press photos

very nice, and yes def needs the yellow cup spoiler, to finish it off and also will make it more discreet :p
