Clock and digital dash

I have an aftermarket cd player fitted. How do i go about setting the dash clock? Is there a way to get the dash to do anything other than just say "Renault" too?

Don`t know about getting rid of the Renault but isn`t there a little button bottom right hand side of dash :eh:

I don't seem to have a button anywhere near or around the clock on the dash. :/

I don't think you can change it without putting the original head unit back in...
