Confused!

Have decided to depart from my Smart Roadster and get something that I consider to be as close as possible (slightly quirky, and handles like a go-kart) but with 4 seats due to now having two little ones. (Don't worry - we have a boring estate for the family days). The Twingo 133 sounds pretty much *perfect*.

I'm considering looking at this but I'm slightly stumped - I thought all 'Silverstones' were silver?! I spoke briefly with the guy and he says it is a Silverstone - in white. Other than having it having had a full respray could this be correct? I see no 'Silverstone' badge on the 'B' pillar either?!?!

Also considering taking a look at this one but would prefer the 'CUP' pack (as an option - may go for the CUP car but have noticed there is the obvious bench seat in the rear of these to spot it (along with no a/c) and this doesn't state if it has the CUP pack or not. The wheels shouldn't really be a give away as they are easy to swap - I hear the shocks have a purple mark on them - where is it and how obvious? Sorry to ask some questions that may be obvious but I need help as I'm getting confused(!)

I think I can answer my own Q for the 2nd car - the 16 inch wheels should mean it's a non-cup option car. No one would fit SMALLER wheels would they?!

Help on the first car would be welcome - what do people think it is?! 133 / 133 with CUP option / 133 CUP / 133 SILVERSTONE?!?!

the first one is 100% not a silverstone. It has the silverstone backbox on the car but it's not a silverstone.

It's a 133 full fat (it has the cup option but isn't a cup). If the owner says it's a silverstone they've either been lied to by the previous owner or they're just lying to gain more interest in the car.

However it does seem to be a decent price considering it has the backbox which is about £400 from renault and it has low mileage

Dubz - you're a star, thanks for getting back to me.
I came to a similar conclusion that it was in fact a full fat 133 that had some options thrown at it, but I hadn't noticed the backbox as well(!) (I assume the option one is twin like this one as the others are single? I didn't even know you could get it as an option) I wonder if it has the Silverstone G-meter on it also - was THAT ever an option on non-Silverstone cars? He said he has the original bill-of-sale - think he said a sum over £13k, I'd assume this lists what it has on it.

This is going to sound quite sad talking about colour but I'm not 100% sure if I want white. Think I'll go take a look and go from there... I could well soon be a 133 owner...
