Hey guys,

a stone flew up last night and cracked my windscreen, its getting repaired tomorrow, but am I ok driving with it as i was going to leeds after work tonight, so a two hour roundtrip?

UNless it suddenly gets colder, or you're gonna go looking for pot holes I wouldn't imagine it'll get much bigger in that space of time

Well, be careful, my old 190e had a small chip that turned into a crack. Took it in for repair but the guy said it was going to be a week for replacement and that i would have no problems driving it around in the mean time.
Don't think he considered how low the car was and stiff the suspension was.

Within 3 hours the entire window was like a spider web of cracks...i couldn't see properly!
 
Grrrr! Got in my car this morning and I have a massive crack in windscreen under the passenger window wiper!!

Rage!! Adds to my bad start too today!!!
 
I have a full cover insurance and it also includes cracks in the windscreen.

Doesn't cost me a thing to either let it get repaired or replaced.
