So with these becoming harder to source and cs5s being the supposed replacement what do people plan to do?

Might stuck with my Dunlops as they've been very good, but getting steadily harder to find too. If in doubt, I might go to hankook or perhaps Uniroyal rain sport 2s. Read some good things about them somewhere

I tested some Hankook Ventus S1 Evo recently and must say that they offer a very good grip on both dry and wet, little road noise, and according to the owner of the car, they wear quite slowly. Don't know if they come in the 17" size for the RS but maybe worth looking into it.

Can't go wrong with CS5's, friend used them at FCS on his 197 and they seemed pretty great in both dry and wet

How about the Pirelli P Zero nero? A friend of mine is running them on his Audi A3 and he said they're on par with the CS3's he was running before.

I've driven a car with the Pirelli but for the price I thought there was better out there.

Toyo T1R brilliant had them on my old car fiesta never let go had so much grip that's what I going for next

Until there's water on the road I've had them too bud and I agree in dry unreal grip for money but when roads wet not so good ...

Whats going onto the new 133's. Are they still on CS3 for now?

The one I went to see at the dealers did I believe. I'm not 100% sure though.. :?

I think mine are CS2? not 100%, but they are pretty good tyres, 2 will need replacing soon though so wondering if i can get better for similar cash
