How do I get the URL of a photo?

To use the URL of a photo (like when you add a photo to your Blogger profile), you must provide the web address (URL) of the image itself, not the address of the web page where the image is displayed.

Here's an example of a correct URL for a photo. Note the .jpg at the end:
» https://www.flickr.com/photos/132375_0ca82ae31e.jpg

Here's an example of an incorrect URL for a photo. It points to the web page where the image is displayed, not the image file itself. Notice there's no .jpg at the end.

You can get the URL of your own images on Flickr. To do this just click "Actions" and "View all sizes." You can then right-click to get the URL of the photoNote: Per our Terms of Use, whenever you place an image you're storing on Flickr on an external web site, you must also include a link back to Flickr.

... Right clicking on the 'Download xxxx size' link and selecting 'Copy shortcut' is probably the easiest way

Then use the Img button and paste the link between the tags to give something like>>>

Ah I see! That sounds logical, I knew that, but being a flickr first time user I tried to look for the address in "share", which is without .jpg.!
If I right click on the picture (within Safari) I can copy the correct address: https://farm7.static.flickr.com/6154/6134647662_9371096259_b.jpg!
Are than anyways to easily have all the links in one handling in flickr? Or do I need another site for that?

It used to be easier to link to Flickr images, but they changed things about, which has made it more difficult to link directly to the pic. The uploader program is the reason I still use Flickr instead of photobucket.

You mean the uploader tool in iPhoto?

No. theres a Flickr program that you can run from your desktop, which allows you to drag and drop pictures into it, then batch upload to selected folders/albums
