Hmm. It's not and black and white as you may think.
There are teams of eBayers out there who will bid on fake stuff like this as the account used will be charged a final listing fee and more often or not they are opportunists rather than account hacks.
I also think eBay tends to turn a blind eye to this..... after all they get paid and it is technically a legitimate auction.
It does for me though, ruin part of the ebay experience

Thing is people just dont bloody read it. Im selling some alloys at the moment and have stated that its local pickup only and that I definitely wont ship them. I have had six people in four days asking me much to ship to where ever....

Its in prime, easily capable of out running the most prized race ostrich, I kid you not shes a beaut. She is given so much love care and attention, maybe a little too much. Fed only on the best feed and only given very special treats.
Now if this offer is not good enough as it is I will even throw in my lucky race gogles, the strap is slightly tatty, missing a lense (just close that eye), a plaster holding the strap on but other than that perfect condition. They are limited edition,genuine fakes,cheaper than asda, 'OKIES'!! (will kill me to give these away)
And just to sweeten the deal I have just licked the jam out of my jammie dodger that I am currently eating and sucked it a little on one side but for you I am willing to throw this in aswell as you seem like a top guy.

Yes, it appeared in my ebay messages in question to my listing... Although saying that I do have a personalised plate so.. It is most probably one of my mates finding themselves hilarious, but that's a pretty long shot.

There's one (an item of furniture) I listed today for "Local pick up only", but I've also said I can drop off the item within a 5 mile radius of where I live, assuming the buyer lives locally, otherwise they can come get it lol. Let's hope I don't get someone in China asking me to drop it off, lol.
