Not good experience as they have delayed delivering my car back 4 times now and each time I've had other arrangements which I've had to cancel or change.

Well you can't blame them for stuff your doing the fact they tried 4 times and it's been you that's moved the goal posts. I'd say that's good service (in purely regards to getting the car back to you). Unless you're saying they've said a date and then not delivered on those dates.... You've not been clear.

Sorry yeah we agreed on dates for the car to be delivered and they didn't deliver it.

I finally got it back and there was white paint on the inside of the car ie on the steering wheel, gear stick and right door side panel. That wasn't there before so I had to clean it.
