Not sure all of their dealerships are the same but my god customer service is seriously lacking. For a Renault franchise It's appalling

Which one do you use Ben? Cannon Park in the Boro?

Well I got an alloy refurbed by them and my missing services stamped in the handbook, quite pleased.

Toon how did you get refurbed by them is it due to having 195 tyres on ?? If so I'll try for it! And we're you in there yesterday ??

Yeah mate was there thurs after work. Cost 60 quid for the wheel and its a good job. I've got 195s on all wheels, next time I change tyres im going for something smaller

You mean bigger? I've got 195 on mine and it's kurbed on one wheel due to them did you get yours done under warranty ? I'm going 205 why the **** did they put 195 on some of them!

Yeah I mean bigger. Defo need 205s like. They won't refurb a wheel under warranty unfortunately

Mine are all 205. Better selection and prices are slightly better.

I've gone and kerbed the same alloy again today but there's no way I'm forking out another 60 quid this time. And I thought I was a good driver...

my dad has issues with evans aswell he went in to buy a new clio 200 and was told no unless he provided his home number so we walked out

I'm never using them again actually - there's damage to the underside of my car by the front nearside wheel that either they caused themselves and failed to tell me about, or just failed to tell me about period.

I know about buyer beware etc but they've known the damage was there as they had to refurb that alloy wheel and also changed the foglight surround (which is loose anyway).

I've taken photos and am sending them to Renault customer services - I'm left footing the bill of sorting out at least two new bumper panels plus the cost of a spray.

As the bumper was slightly out of alignment with the wheelarch when I bought the car (it was fine on first inspection) I took the car back in a couple of weeks ago for a realignment - they just didn't do it nor did they bother explaining what alternatives there'd be ie buying new panels.

I'm not using them again
