I was looking at this last week , quite grim I must say. And most below 20 as well.

One of my friends are sadly one of those statistics she was killed due to other drivers idiotic driving thinking it was acceptable to race on a road with lots of blind summits .. they never saw her until the last second.

I have had two relatives that have died in car crashes in the last ten years, both on the map. Bit grim really considering the amount of time I spend in a car.

The one down the road from me is also on it. Biker did 100mph past a pub on a 30 limit and a woman slightly over the limit pulled out. She would have been hit and he would have died regardless of her state (NOT defending her in the slightest). Think it's about the most exciting thing that's happened where I live outside of a bedroom :lol:

Didn't know there were two on my road which is suprising as they're where speed bumps have been for more than 10 years

I woke up this morning to find out that one of my younger sister's mates died in an accident. The poor thing was only 21

Sorry for anyone that has been reminded of loved ones or friends.

But if it makes one person aware of an accident site or just reminds them to stop being a dick and saves them from being added to the map themselves, it can only be good.

Exactly, ive had 4 of my school mates die in car crashes on roads round aberdeenshire , all since we left school 4 years ago. Makes you thankful for being alive.

I can tell you all it aint nice going to 4 seperate funerals.
