Hi, could anyone with a twin exhaust tip (silverstone or ktec) be able to measure the width of each tip separately and also the total combined width of the two from the outer edges please

I havent got a silverstone or ktec system but i have got a twin exhaust tip and i had two 3inch tips. Had to trim the bumper slightly to get it to fit, can post a pic if wanted :)

Could you post a pic please, looking at getting a twin tip but unsure whether there's enough room for it too fit. How easy/hard was it too trim?

You find one and you must be some kind of internet god.. You will not find one.

I'm guessing you mean 60mm each as that's only 2.36 inches. I'm more concerned about the combined width really

140mm max, 3" pipes are too big, you need dual 2.5" pipe that are very close together, about 4-6mm apart..

Honestly mate your wasting your time.. I even went down the custom built route, its not worth it, spent weeks searching.. Got close, but nothing that would fit and look right

Best bet, find a damaged silverstone and cut the tip off..

Or man up and buy the exhaust!

Why would I want to buy a backbox when I don't have one and don't want one. Need a new tip but don't like singles, was looking at 155 but that will be too big

Why not just buy one from k-tec as I think u can buy the ends separate worth a phone call Save u a lot of time and effort

Because it sounds the shiz, thats why!

I know what you mean, single round ones look weird..

You could maybe modify the gap, if you were wanting one that much, would be difficult though!

Mine sounds the shiz or you trying too say something???
Single round looks stupid, got oval at the moment but prefer the look of dual like on Charlie's Clio but I'm not aloud too steal that one :(
I'm not too scared of modifying the rear bumper but a) hassle b) time

I really like the slashed dual ones.. I dont think i would settle for anything less! But finding one at the right size, in the right style.. Impossible :( might start looking for something again

I'm looking at getting a new one to David. ;) let me know what you get, I was looking at the silverstone.

Looking for exhaust tips.. Does anybody have any info on welding?

How can i weld metal together quite cheap??

Clamp it on, that's what the ktec tips are held on by aren't they?

I like the burnt tip twin tips... I want one on mine.
