Im not too sure what im talking about.. But i was told by the dealer i got my twingo from i can get an attachment sort of thing which screws onto the exhaust? rather than going the whole hog and getting a diffuser... Anyone know what they are and where i can get them!?

With are dynamique exhausts you need an exhaust tip that is suitable for a diesel car as the pipe angles down sadly :( If you take a look in my hollies dynamique gallery I have a exhaust tip on mine :) I couldnt afford a new system

Ok thanks guys :) At least i know what im looking for now!

And i meant exhaust - not diffuser... god im no good when it comes to these things!

Just had a look on ebay - not got a clue where else to go - any chance of a link to something? cant find anything!

type in on ebay, exhaust tip diesel and the first one looks about right, but you need to check the pipe diameter first :D

I bought an exhaust tip just like that off ebay a week ago.. Even though the pipe points downwards your can just about put it on so it looks straight, but up close you can see the actual exhaust pointing down inside it haha

Pretty chuffed with it, £7 for a whole different look!

Well im at work at the moment, im finishing at 12ish and im gonna start on my progress thread, i have some alright pictures! Will be on the progress threads part later i hope!

Decent thread :)

I ordered a tip earlier on today so should arrive sometime this week! If it does give me grief ill just take a saw to the pipe!

Haha i was thinking that, imagine if someone robbed it or something silly like that, and your left with a silly tiny pea shooter!

I am thinking of buying a tip, just because i cant afford an new exhaust system :p

Looks good mate :)

Yeah go for it!
Just gotta watch you dont over tighten it cause its only soft metal so it almost ruined my screws cause i like things tight!! Mine moves just a little bit but im sure it wont come off in a hurry :) i always check its on properly after every trip

Yeah thats the only down fall, i would worry it would fall off :/

Are you able to use any liquid substance to make it stronger fitting?

You proberbly could, but would have to be something heat resistant i bet.. ive proper belted my car about, and it doesnt seem to move.. If it does fall off, i think its £7 well spent! haha

So the exhaust tip I ordered from eBay arrived today. All excited I ran out to the car to put it on, and it doesn't fit!

Stupid people on eBay advertising stuff at the wrong size! Now need to have another look around and order another one!

Ive taken my exhaust tip off mine now, so you could have it if you would like?
Pictures of it are in my gallery, or i posted about the really good priced longlife exhaust tips that r properly welded into place for around £35 and look like RS one
