If so you'd better get your name down. £5,000 secures a place on the waiting list - but you won't see the car for at least three years

• NSX supercar now available to pre-order
• Deposit saves you a spot on the waiting list
• It’s set to arrive in the UK in three years’ time
The hotly anticipated Honda NSX supercar is now available to order, according to Honda UK, despite the fact that the car won’t be available until 2015. Prospective buyers can now put down a £5,000 deposit to ensure they are among the first to get their hands on one when they arrive in the country.
A follow up to the legendary original NSX has been promised for years but recently, more production ready concepts have been aired, culminating in the most recent concept being first aired at 2012’s Detroit Motor Show.
Like the original, the new car uses a mid-mounted V6 petrol engine but, unlike its forebear, the new car also uses electric motors to power the front wheels. This means that the new car is not only four-wheel drive but a hybrid as well.
The styling also differs greatly from the original, being far more angular and aggressive (but, sadly without the pop-up headlights). The profile is classic supercar – long, low and purposeful, with exaggerated rear haunches hinting at muscularity. The rear is dominated by mesh vents and a huge diffuser to provide downforce, while the rear light clusters are redolent of Aston Martins in their design.
The new NSX supercar will arrive in the UK in 2015. We don’t, however, know how much it’ll cost but expect it to be north of £100,000.
