Getting rid of my RS Tuner. 2 Years old, used a few times in my twingo to write a performance calibration and debug some o2 sensor problems. working as expected, of course.

for those who don't know: for being able to write a performance cal or read your software version from your vehicle you need to buy an additional license from fastchip.nl. scanning/erasing error codes, checking actuators and reading values from various sensors works without license on any (renault)car, afaik.

I flashed the map from [email protected] to my twingo and it got rid of the flatspot, increased max rpm to 7400 and disabled the cat-preheating which causes the lumpy idle behavior known as "kangorooing". I liked it a lot!

I wouldn't have to buy a new map too would I? And how much would delivery be?

delivery can't be much as it fits in an envelope and weight almost nothing. you will probably need a fresh map. I don't know if these are coded to the VIN or not. I can send you one of my backups and you can try, if you like... however if you have any mods done to the engine/exhaust, I suggest you run a couple of datasets, send them to henk and let him fabricate a customized map. well worth it. that guy knows what he's doing.

Oh I've just noticed about map.. My cars standard at the mo I'll ask henk I'll email now but if I don't have to buy map I'll have if you can do that price

Okay just emailed henk and looked on FAQ I think I only need to buy licence from him again and the map you got for your rs will work on mine still is this just te normal map you get when you buy? Cheers
