Feel like crap

Dose anyone else feel like crap I got home from work got the kids then about 5pm my head started bangin my eyes was hurtin then I started gettin really hot the freezin cold. I went to bed at half 5 but kept wakin up sweatin. Got up at 3.50am for work and still feel like crap I had the a/c on the bus yesterday so dunno if the crap from that is makin me feel bad

Yep i`ve had a headache for the past 2 weeks and cant stop sneezing, i think its to do with the pollen
