Just feeling pretty good right now so feel like writing it down...

- since changing my car over my fuel bill has gone from over £200 a month to £90 a month and my commute distance has increased
- I love my new job and i feel so free
- I'm taking my mother out to lunch today for her birthday
- I have the nicest dog ever who will be treated to a nice walk soon
- Getting my hair cut later

Im a happy boy

How is everyone else feeling and why?

Hope you're all good and have a great day!

I'm feeling good too! I've finally started on my list of things to do before I'm 30  prague down. Only several cities left. And I've just booked a ski holiday in January so feeling really good!

Glad you're feeling good rob, you've seemed upbeat whenever I've spoken to you since your new job :D

I am mate:D A million times happier!!

Not sure exactly where, but I've paid my ticket to milan and we're getting a car and driving to a hotel owned by my mates dad (the one I went to prague with) so me him and his brother will hit the slopes wherever that is. I didn't think I needed to know much more other than I've got flights  somewhere french is all I know! Can't wait

Other places are stockholm (so i can sing muse on the way most likely)
wanna see most of italy
barcelona
and also, i wanna route 66 in a big american car! Plus loads more :p

They've got a lot to live up to, prague was an amazing city! SOooo much fun and met soo many nice people! ANd got to meet Phil DeFranco :D :D :D

Oh and yeah, invite must've been misplaced by the postie

How am I feeling today... well

I just bought my RS after 3 years of financing
I moved to my girlfriend's house and will return the keys to my flat on friday

this reduces my monthly fixed costs by around 300€ leasing and 600€ rent/electricity/internet/tv... so 900€/month boost on my bank account.

looks like I can finally get rid of all my debts and stop worrying about money for the first time in the past 4 years (since I moved from my parents place)

so yeah... feeling pretty good as well :)

My eyes have only jsut adjusted to my avatar, then leannes mucks them up again!

Good stuff Rob, glad this life malarky is all going good.

I how ever am not having the greatest time, sort of. Wife is spending the second day in hospital, with me at her side awaiting for this baby to turn up. Rather stressed.

I hope everything turns out well for you all, without getting any more stressfull :)

Good to hear some positive things going on with people. Things aren't too bad from my end to be honest.

Bit of a promotion at work meaning me and my mate are now now supervising our IT team.

Cars are nicely sorted, Megane detailed and tucked up for winter. Twingo Gordini detailed and winter prepped.

Picked up a copy of Forza 4

Have a long weekend at the end of the week.

Wish I had your luck!

I need a diesel, £70 a week in fuel is raping me silly so I looked at changing.
Found out my car is worth peanuts and it's only 5 months old.
Piling on the miles on the Clio devaluing it more by the day, 5650 miles done since June 3rd.
Massively over worked in a new job role and the promise of officially changing position and getting the associated increased benefits hasn't been fulfilled and has been ongoing since may.

Something best go my way soon, doing my head in.

Just do what I did, I work for an oil company in Aberdeen which make millions .... So bare in mind Im only just through my time , I hadn't got a pay rise , and I work like a ***** every day . I do get thanked for it but not in the monetry way I wanted , so I went on strike just myself and did hardly any work for 3 weeks . And I mean hardly anything ( terminating maybe one cable a day LOL) . Anyway after the 1 week they asked why I hadn't got much done this week as it ain't like me , I said well it ain't fair me working like this when there profiting from me being on the same wage as when I came out my time , so I'm doing very little till I get a rise to go along with the work load I have. TOOK them 2 weeks to get it signed off by the Vp but anyway in the end I got a very nice rise and will do it again lol

If only I could do that, and in reality I'm not the sort of person who could do it; i couldn't live with myself.

I do service/transition management for a private IT company and I'm currently right in the middle of a multi million pound contract. I'd get sacked if I didn't do any work for 2 days, let alone 3 weeks!
