That time has come for me oh so soon! Just finished my last day at work! A few generous gifts and I was on my way after a little knees up over lunch!

So now I'm not at work, and don't go to uni for three weeks, expect lots of useless bordem posts and a VERY clean car :)

Although I am now in town looking for the right material for the roof lining! Not too easy!!

Decided on black suede in the end... Couldnt find anything else :-(

As above, don't settle for something you don't really want - look around a bit longer and go for something you're happy with.

Well I had looked in the few fabric shops I could think of, and they didn't really have much in them! The black suedette is quite nice so I'm sure it will be fine :) plus I want to get it done by the weekend!

Hmm ok, just it seems alot of effort if not 100% I mean a wholesaler on line might be good.

But on a positive I'll be dying to see it at Trax if you do it!

Well the fabric is bought. The PVA is bought. The gluey stuff to stick it back is bought. So I know what I'm doing tomorrow morning!

Have any of you used detailing tape when polishing? I got some similar masking tape stuff earlier and wondered about experiences?!

Aw well good luck with it fella and can't wait too see the outcome for real :)

An I haven't used any mate, :p steady hand

Haha, well after the last time when i got polish on the door trim thing by the mirror, and the stripes, it wasn't pretty.. and they are still stained which is a bummer! tried everything to get it off but it just won't budge!!

It was probably one I made when I done it! I even tried things people suggested on detailing world and nothing worked :-( but at least when the bits are dressed you can't really see them, which is the main thing :)
