What training regimes do you guys have? I know Karl cycles a lot and may be something I decide to get back into (need a new bike though as I've only got my bmx and a jump bike) but considering running in the mornings (if I wake up in time) or in the evenings.

Matt get a bike. Can start off with a cheap one from halfords. Then come out with me and byng cycling we do both on and off road. Also i cheat i use High5 Zero tablets in my drink when i go out cycling to help with weight loss

Yeah I like cycling and when I used to do downhilling it was great, always feeling the challenge especially going back up the hills afterwards haha. Something I'll look into.. perhaps get some slightly skinnier tyres on my jump bike and put some gears on it again. We'll see!
Gym over the road from me (pretty much) is less I think... Plus I can get in free as my sister is a life guard there
I just don't like gyms lol.
I might take up jogging/running again but I didn't notice any improvement last time
