I have some speakers to go in the back of the twingo - I'm okay on the routing of the cables and removal of panels etc. Waht I was looking for some help with was where to wire in the rear speakers too?

would it work/ be best if I were link the rear speakers to the wires on the door speakers.... or if I were to splice them into the back of the head unit?

I have an aftermarket sony head unit with harness adaptor - so if needed could wire them into that to avoid cutting the cars wiring loom up :)

any help appreciated !

Theres a chance you may have the wiring in place for the speakers anyway. It's happened before, where theres no speakers but the wire has been clipped next to where the speakers go.

If not, your probably looking at going back to the adaptor loom on the rear of your head unit.

thank you :) I have had a dig around a while ago for the cables and there is nothing apart from what I prosume is the rear wiper jet hose thing. I do have the wiring for the tweeters though - odd little car!

Would I just see which wires the radio instructions say would be for the "rear speakers (L/R)" and splice into the harness adaptor there?

If theres no cables in the back, I doubt if there would be any coming out of the original stereo connector block. So, splicing into the adaptor for Rear chanels is probably the easiest and only way
