I put wheels on full lock, undid the inner plastic arch liner at the front and just popped a hand through. But for those without slim wrists, it may be easier to pop the bumper off.

I did what maggz done the drivers side is a pain in the arse because the washer bottle is there
 
The passenger side has the intercooler in the way so you have to take the plastic guard thing off then loosen the intercooler so you can just take the bulb out and you will need to put the steering on full lock.
 
If you have access to a ramp use it... both wheels off, arch liner back, drivers side is a pain in the ass due to the washer bottle, passenger side easy if you are removing the resonator box :D

Craig he's got a 133 so no intercooler, i helped Mike Healy swap his fogs for HIDs and the intercooler was a pain in the ass ha!
