Has anyone else seen cars (especially fiat puntos) that when indicate the same side fog light also comes on aswell, when I first seen it i thought may be a fault with the car, but seen 60 plate cars doing it also, is this a new feature in cars or are people modding them?

My pet hate is people who use fogs when they don't need to but using them to indicate is even worse.

My mates fiat bravo does it. Really does my head in when hes behind me but it makes sense when driving in the dark, much improves visibility and makes parking in multi stories a dream.

Is it a fiat thing and is it suppose to do it? Or are they using it like cornering headlights rather then fit actual proper ones hey just use the fogs?

So does that mean that they are just a cheap version of cornering headlights by just making the fog light come on instead?

Aint it like one of the new car laws? Like the 'all newly made cars have to have drls'?
I still only see them as an option though..

It isnt on my 12 plate twingo thankfully, I think it looks silly, maybe an option maybe? I just thought they looked broken

its just cornering lights some cars use the foglights rather than integrated into the headlights, my GT DCI clio had them, but integrated into the headlights, never once found them useful lol!!
