Actually it doesn't, it's made by Criterion who made the burnout series.

Check some videos out, looks absolutely mega compared to Horizon!

I like the idea of Forza physics, super cars and open roads!

But Forza 4 is absolutely immense still!

Just got home from work to find horizon waiting on me just started playing it

I'm not sure...hoping it's a Spacer Game so it doesn't seem like ages til they bring out 5.

Still very happy playing 4 as a Circuit racer but the demo for Horizon is VERY NFS, liking it so far though

You can mod but you can't tune right? I didn't enjoy the demo

If I'm honest it's not a patch on forza 4 decent game but if you're happy with 4 I would keep playing that
