(French weekend) on the SAT 10th and SUN 11th September 2011.

Renault Mansfield (Co-operative Motor Group)
Southwell Road West

We would like to invite anyone with an interesting Renault (4 wheels is a good start) up to 50 cars to come and hold a stand with the best cars all range's past and present you may have.

There will be some prizes on offer but at moment not sure the stig will be presenting the prize to the winner for the best turned out car. Also at the event there will be a family fun fair, a french market bbq and we also have formula renault here with one of there cars and service truck on display.

Please email [email protected] if you fancy joining in.

Please pass it on to anyone who fancies coming, this is an OPEN – None Club even but at the end of the day it’s their event not our days so please be respectful – note not respectable. Please feel free to copy this to as many forums as you wish. I’ll be there both days with the shark Laguna and the first Renault Sport model…..complete with flappy gearstick paddle.

Nope not that i know of mate. Alasdair front Renault Owners Club is arranging this and has asked me to post it on here.

Right near me this is. May pop a long but its a co op dealership so I doubt I will be welcome  and I will need to keep an eye on my car so bits can't go missing

Hahaha!!

Anyone up for going along and seeing what all the fuss is about? I got some more info on it by emailing Alasdair:

I can’t say much about what is going on because it’s the dealer organising it rather than us but this is what I have so far. I will probably be there both days with a 1956 Renault 4CV Sport (the original Twingo!)OH and a Laguna. The last one I did we all got to try out any of the cars there, this sounds more static so we’ll see what pans out.
