Gettin my rs detailed on Tuesday mate at works son dose it so got him comin to mine. He done another drivers at work and it looked stunning I even takes all 4 alloys off

A detail consists of a pre wash with de greaser and then clayed. This strips any old wax off and contaminations like tree sap ect. Then there is a multi stage polishing process with different strengths of compounds ect to correct swirl marks and light markings. It's then finished off with a sealant to protect all the hard work and the paint.

What he texed me. He uses dodo juice £120 I'm givin him

Other way round is best.

Its weird cause you talk to different details and both say either way. I asked one company and he told me stop being petty it doesnt matter which way you do it as it works the same

Tbh... Do you need more than one? No. It's personal preference at the end of the day, simple as.

Should wax after sealant as the sealant won't adhere to the wax very well.

Agreed mate. Meant to seal the finish and then wax over that!

Still for £120 that sounds like a pretty good price for the level of work. Just find out what sealant he's using and maybe get yourself a wax to top it up and keep it looking fresh. :)
