Oddly i got to the same place with my e46 325ti. Lovely car but after 6 months or so was completely bored by it.

Get it remapped

Visited the BMW store on ebay for some MSport parts?

As above remap and some m performance toys their steering wheel looks amazing and feels amazing and so do their recaros , can also get a kit from BMW themselves similar to that of the 1M.
