Can anyone tell me, are the 133 cup alloys the same as th gordini ones only with a different finish and th black/blue insides?? And has anyone attempted making theirs white?? Whats th best way of doing it?

Yes, the 17" cup alloys can be had in the usual anthrasite or optional black ID colours. Gordini 133's have the same alloy with a polished face with black inserts/backs or otionaly blue inserts/backs.
Theres now a few sets been sprayed or powder coated white. Looks good if you can keep up with the cleaning

As above, identical wheels just a different finish. There's a few on here with them done in white, any decent wheel specialist should be able to do it. 
Personally I'm not convinced the Cup rims lend themselves to white quite as well as they do other colours though.
