Alright people due to be getting my gordini on sat and I was wondering do I need to be careful with these stripes? If so what with pressure washer? Certain cutting polishes? Etc thanks :)

They are printed vinyl to get the G on them and are horificaly expensive for some stripes.

Carefull with the IPA and don't go mad with the pressure washer. Mine have survived Iron-X and Wolfs which got rid of the rusty patches on them, They have also had a light buffing with final finish and a polishing pad on a DA but avoiding the corners where they are more likely to start lifting.

 hope you held your breath with the iron x! The latest wolfs is much, much better. Almost smells okay ;)

I just wash them! Taken to industrial Jet Wash a few times and hand scrubbed nothing seems to budge them, maybe im just lucky!

Cheers bud! And iron x is ment to have a new cherry scent!!!!..... Still stinks!

I use a regular Karcher pressure washer without any problems although I wouldn't recommend aiming it close to the stripes just in case.

As for polishing I'd tape them up if machine polishing but by hand there's nothing to worry about. In fact I actually used Meguiars polish on the stripes themselves on an ex's 182 with stripes, they didn't budge either but came up a lot whiter. lol
