Hi all,

Before heading to independent webstores or eBay, I thought I'd ask here, first. I'm looking for a pair of wind deflectors, preferably Heko or Climair, for a 58 plate GT, alongside a suitable BMC panel filter. Collection would be possible in the Tyneside area, or if not, postage would be greatly appreciated.

I doubt anyone would be selling those mate, you don't get many sales on here unless someone is selling a car and putting it back to standard and as far as I am aware there are no GT's up for sale!

Out of interest JE, which would you recommend? Since posting my original request, I've read a few threads suggesting that I go with the K-Tec panel filter, however, others recommend an ITG or, for reduced BHP and slightly more noise, a BMC filter.

I'm not interested in producing more noise using a filter, and wish to keep the BHP I have, if not improve it, so I'd be prone to going through ITG or K-Tec, but not sure which would be favorable?

If it's noise you want get yourself an induction kit mate they make the biggest difference!

Thanks LCplParks, however, as I said in my previous message I don't want to produce more noise using an induction kit because of the subsequent loss of BHP. I'll more likely invest in a new exhaust set up at a later date, but appreciate your response anyway!

I have gone with the BMC panel filter myself and I didn't lose BHP, before my Decat & Remap just having the BMC Filter + K-Tec Catback exhaust system I was on 116BHP, I believe Waitey got a similar result to that with those mods too. I'd go with BMC purely because they're well built and obviously work.
